Online On-Demand How-to Videos
Our 23 online on-demand "how-to" videos show you exactly how to fill out each section and every line on more than 23 different California Judicial Council Family Law forms used to get legally divorced with minor children in California. An additional 17 videos show couples without minor children exactly how to get an uncontested divorce. You can logon anytime, anywhere and watch the videos without downloading software. Videos range in length from 3 to 17 minutes and include instructions for completing some of the most difficult divorce forms like the Income Withholding Order-Notice for Support (IWO) (FL-195), Income and Expense Declaration (FL-150), and Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage (FL-180). All videos are self paced so you can pause, rewind, fast forward, and replay each video as many times as necessary to complete your legal divorce forms. Step-by-step Written Instructions
There are 4 core lessons in each of our divorce classes. Each lesson includes more than 25 different pages of detailed written instructions that tell you and your spouse exactly how to begin the divorce process, respond to a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, exchange declarations, finalize your divorce, and get a court endorsed Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage ("Divorce Decree"). Blank California Divorce Forms
All of the blank California Judicial Council family law forms that you need to get an uncontested divorce are included in our classes and may be filled out online with Adobe Acrobat Reader or printed and completed by hand. Links to the forms are conveniently included in our written instructions and on our divorce video pages so all you need to do is point and click on the forms you need to complete a specific lesson. Sample Completed California Divorce Forms
Samples of every legal form required to get an uncontested California divorce, with or without kids, are included in our classes so you can use them as references while filling out your own forms. The samples show you what your forms should look like when you finish the lessons. Several variations of completed forms are available to fit the differing needs of couples. For example there are 5 different samples of the "Spousal, Partner, or Family Support Order Attachment" (FL-343) that show you what the form should look like if you will be paying, receiving, or waiving support, and if you considered the marital standard of living or Family Code section 4320 factors. We simplify these otherwise confusing items.

California Local Court Rules
Easily accessible web links or downloadable copies of every county's local family court's rules are included in our classes. You can review your court's specific requirements, like the number of copies that must be filed, whether you need to double hole punch your legal papers, and if there are any other forms required to get divorced in your county.

Because each divorce and every couple getting divorced are unique, questions about the legal process or forms may arise while you are taking our divorce classes.
